Warranty
Agile Office Furniture takes pride in providing peace of mind to all of its customers.
All products sold by Agile Office Furniture at all times will have a manufacturer's warranty which are product specific, typically extended and usually listed within the product description under product specs.
Different products are often covered by different warranty time periods, depending on the type of product and / or the manufacturing company / frame / supplier.
Manufacturer's warranty covers faulty / defective parts and / or workmanship.
Manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by abuse or incorrect use of a product.
- Damage to product that may be incurred during delivery transportation. (See Freight Acceptance Policy)
- Any product that has been modified by you, the customer and / or not used as designed.
- Upholstery is excluded from any warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some products such as chairs will include a separate warranty.
